About me
I am Boris Bandov, a Frankfurt native with Croatian roots, property broker, advisor and founder of Bandov Immobilien.
Perhaps that explains why I have never seen real estate merely as figures in a sales brochure, but always as a home, as an investment in something lasting, as a decision you do not make every few years.
I worked for the Lufthansa Group for many years, most recently in key account and pricing management, and then looked after international corporate clients at an American software company. What has stayed with me from both: the commitment to treat every client as if they were the only one.
Since 2020, I have been supporting institutional and private investors as a broker in buying and selling apartments, houses and commercial properties in the Rhine-Main region and throughout Germany – from strategic advice and free valuations through to financing. This is complemented by a partner network of developers and agents through which I give my clients access to off-market properties.
I am an IHK-certified real estate agent (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry), speak several languages and firmly believe that good advice has to be personal.
When I am not out and about for clients, you will find me travelling to discover other cultures or analysing my own next property investment.
